- Our soaps are handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, or scent may occur between batches—this is normal and part of the artisanal process.
- We make no medical or therapeutic claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
2. Orders and Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing/description, or inventory issues. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include shipping, taxes, or duties (which will be calculated at checkout where applicable). We accept credit cards through our secure e-commerce vendor.
We strive for accurate pricing but reserve the right to correct errors. If an error is discovered after payment, we may cancel the order and refund you.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Actual delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon shipment.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our soaps (hygiene products), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- All sales are final for opened or used products.
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Our products are crafted with care, but individual skin sensitivities vary. By purchasing and using our soaps, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
