At Love Farm LLC, we want you to love your handmade soaps and bath products. Because our items are crafted in small batches with natural ingredients and intended for personal hygiene use, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website or e-commerce platform.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. Requests made after this window will generally not be accepted.
To initiate a return:

- We will review your request and provide next steps, including any return authorization if approved.
2. What Qualifies for a Refund or Return?
We accept returns or refunds only in the following limited circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, incorrect (e.g., wrong scent or variety), or has a manufacturing defect.
- Shipping Errors: If we shipped the wrong item or missed part of your order.
All sales are final for the following reasons:
- Opened, used, or partially used products (even if you experienced irritation or did not like the scent/texture).
- Products returned without original packaging or labels.
- Items that have been customized, personalized, or made to order.
- Change of mind, allergic reactions after use, or dissatisfaction with scent, color, or performance (variations are normal in handmade soaps).
We strongly recommend performing a small patch test before full use, as individual skin sensitivities vary. We list all ingredients clearly on product pages and labels—please review them prior to purchase.
3. Condition of Returned Items
For any approved return:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition (unless it arrived damaged or defective).
- It must include all original packaging, labels, and any free gifts or inserts.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned items. If the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or is missing components, we may deny the refund or issue only a partial refund.
4. Refund Process and Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if required), we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds typically include the product price only. Shipping costs (original and return) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- If we approve a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the new item at no extra cost (where possible).
Partial Refunds: In rare cases (e.g., if an item is returned in sellable condition but not pristine), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake (damaged/incorrect item). In those cases, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
6. Cancellations and Pre-Shipment Refunds
- You may cancel your order for a full refund (including shipping) if we have not yet processed or shipped it. Contact us as soon as possible.
- Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items. We will replace the item with the correct one (subject to availability). If the requested exchange is not available, we may issue a refund or store credit.
8. Store Credit Option
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used on future purchases.
9. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
- Any product that has been opened or used.
- Products that have been exposed to water, heat, or other conditions that could affect safety or quality.
