At Love Farm LLC we strive to get your handmade soaps and bath products to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and important details about delivery.
1. Processing Time (Order Preparation)
All orders are handmade or prepared in small batches. Our typical processing time is 1-3 business days from the time your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During busy periods, holidays, or custom orders (if offered), processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We ship from Hiddenite, North Carolina.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We currently ship within the United States using USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
- Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout and handled through our secure e-commerce platform.
We use sturdy, protective packaging designed for handmade soaps to help prevent damage during transit.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery depends on the carrier, shipping method selected, and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (for international), or unforeseen events.
Typical total time from order placement to delivery (processing + transit):
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority shipping: 2–5 business days
These are general estimates based on common USPS service standards. Coast-to-coast or remote addresses may take longer.
Important: Delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
4. Tracking and Delivery Updates
All shipments include tracking. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 2–3 business days (carriers sometimes mark delivery early) and then contact us with your order number.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- For packages marked as delivered but not received, or lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
- If a package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details. See our Refund and Returns Policy for how we handle damaged items.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues once the package leaves our facility.
6. Holidays and Peak Seasons
Please note that shipping and delivery may take longer during major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day) due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing holiday orders early.
We do not process or ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays unless otherwise noted.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy from time to time. Continued use of our site or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
